The hotel was very convenient with plentiful parking, but the check-in desk is a bit crowded at the entrance. The rooms had a missing screw on the door lock, and there were dog hairs around. The location is perfect for accessing major highways, restaurants, and a shopping mall.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient, with clean rooms and friendly service. However, the dining options were limited. The location was central and easily accessible, perfect for my visit to see my new grandbaby in Worcester.
